If tales of boats, bars, beaches and ballads are what you seek, then grab your chair and cooler and head to Farmers Branch on Saturday, April 9 to enjoy two great bands that capture the sounds of summer: The Lost Shaker of Salt Band and their tribute to Jimmy Buffett, and The Barefoot Nation Band with their nod to Kenny Chesney.
It’s time to board Air Margaritaville for a trip to paradise with The Lost Shaker of Salt Band as they play all of your Jimmy Buffett favorites! All the way from Houston, the LSoSB will even sprinkle in some of the most recognized tropical music from around the world. So Parrotheads, grab your winearita, your sunscreen and your flip flops and get ready to party “down island” with the Lost Shaker of Salt Band!
The Barefoot Nation Band’s tribute to Kenny Chesney brings the concert experience of sun, fun, sing-along country songs and good times with friends that KC has been bringing to audiences worldwide for over 25 years! With 32 #1 singles including “Young,” “The Good Stuff,” “When The Sun Goes Down,” and “Guitars and Tiki Bars,” KC’s songs tell the story of making every moment count and sharing the passion of living life to the fullest- and BNB celebrates that every time they step on stage!
The Denton Drive Live! gates open at 6 p.m. and the Lost Shaker of Salt Band will kick off the evening at 6:15 p.m. Barefoot Nation follows at 8:30 p.m. and will keep the music going until 10 p.m.! All of this takes place at the Grove at Mustang Station, 12700 Denton Drive.
